Bibimbap

I had this colorful and delicious Bibimbap for my dinner earlier. This signature Korean dish is actually a mixed rice served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with sauteed and seasoned vegetables and chilli pepper paste, soy sauce, and a salty soybean paste. A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (I chose beef) are common additions. The hot dish is stirred together thoroughly before eating.
