Healthy Snacks

TV screens, housing apartments, paychecks and maybe cars are something which should come in 'Big'. However something else eg. snacks should come in 'small'. Berries are high in antioxidants and poly-phenols, but low in calories which also help to fight chronic disease and cancer. And their health benefits just keep getting sweeter and keep you slim in just under 100 calories.

Fig fruit is low in calories. 100 g fresh fruits provide only about 75 calories. Figs not only contain fiber, minerals, vitamins, and anti-oxidants that are health benefiting, fresh figs are also good in poly-phenolic flavonoid anti-oxidants and vitamins such as vitamin A, E, and K. that contribute immensely towards optimum health and wellness. It goes very well with berries and the add-on of yoghurt provides additional calcium to make it a deli-nutrious snack.
